RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY



Returns and exchanges for products purchased on WOLFLAMB shall be subject to the following priciples:

  1. The customer has the right of withdrawl, by which it can proceed with the return of the order. This right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) working days form receipt of order. In case of return, the Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labelling, conventially packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received by the Customer, and the package should have included the invoice (in case you don’t have the invoice, you should print the email confirmation received when making your purchase).
  2. WOLFLAMB shall proceed with the refund paid, once we have received the returned product and have established a good status. The refund will be made within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods in our warehouse. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment used in the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to an error as far as shipping is concerned, WOLFLAMB will send package removed where it was received. In this case, WOLFLAMB will take care of all expenses incurred subsequent the return rear such as the shipping cost of the correct order in the case of exchange. However, we do not allow refunds or exchanges in underwear, swimwear and all related to these, except for defective items.



HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM FASTER?

For exchanges or returns in Spain. The first thing to do is to fill in the form. Subsequently, follow the steps according to your pre-submission method:

  1. If the package was sent to your home, we will send a carrier as soon as possible to pick up your return.
  2. NOTE : If you have placed your order without registration, and want to make a return or exchange, enter HERE and fill the boxes with your order number and the mail with which you made the purchase.



RETURN PERIOD TERM

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of fifteen (15 ) working days from receipt of the package.
Item must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received.
We do not accep changes or returns of our swimwear and accesories , except in cases where there is an error in the shipping or a tare of the product.


COST OF RETURN

Returns from Spain:

The return process is free for you and WOLFLAMB assume all the costs involved. This process is always performed according to the method of pre-shipment.

RETURNS:

  1. What is the deadline to make a return? The deadline for any refund is 15 working days from the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Do I have to pay something for my return? Returns in Wolflamb.es are always free.
  3. How will I receive my refund? Once approved the return, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase or by transfer.
  4. When will I receive my refund? After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have all internal labels), you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depend on your bank.
  5. How should I do if my refund is incorrect? By contacting our sales department, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. Wolflamb.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.
