Returns and exchanges for products purchased on WOLFLAMB shall be subject to the following priciples:

             Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal


In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by certified mail, or an email). The user can use the withdrawal form model that appears in this section.

The withdrawal period will begin to count from the day the consumer received the order, or failing that, since the seller was aware of the purchase by the customer.


The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

     The products must be in their packaging and must keep the original labels and tags.

     The customer can try the product and proceed to its return, but always maintaining its original state, without breakage, stains, or having used it.

     The products of the same order must be returned in the same shipment, returns of the same order that will be shiped separately will not be accepted.

     Not having passed the term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, from the acceptance of the purchase.

     If the product does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, an email will be sent, arguing that the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal does not apply.

     WOLFLAMB may withhold the refund amount until the merchandise has been received at the following address: C / Avenida al Vedat 140, floor 3 door 12. PC 46900. Torrent, Spain.

     The return costs will be borne by the customer.

     In the case that the return is held  WITH ANOTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANY different from the one contracted by WOLFLAMB, THE COMPANY, IN ANY CASE, WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE PACKAGE. In case of loss of merchandise, the customer must bear the expenses of the REIMBURSEMENT and the lost product.

     If the consumer, in the moment of the receipt of the package detects that it was not properly closed or sees that it is in unappropriated conditions, the buyer must leave a written record of the fact in the delivery note, and inform by e-mail to this address: in less than 24 hours to WOLFLAMB, in order to proceed the demand of the possible claims.

     If the customer does not present any claim within 24 hours of receiving the product, WOLFLAMB will understand that the package was received in correct conditions, and any claim regarding the deterioration of the package will be accepted.


             Consequences of withdrawl


If the right of withdrawal by the client is accepted by WOLFLAMB after having fulfilled all the legal requirements, all payments received by the client will be returned, excluding the shipping costs, without any undue delay and, starting from of the date on which the company is informed of the client's decision to withdraw from this contract, provided you have exercised your right within the legal term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.


In the event that the client exercises the Right of Withdrawal, he will bear the cost of return.


We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless it has expressly provided otherwise, in a reasoned manner. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund, except the shipping costs that will be charged to the customer.


If the customer exercised the right of withdrawal and returns the product in unusable conditions for use, and if this does not present the same conditions as how the costumer received it, the customer will have to pay the same amount that paid for the garment.


For exchanges or returns in Spain. The first thing to do is to fill in the form. Subsequently, follow the steps according to your pre-submission method:

  1. If the package was sent to your home, we will send a carrier as soon as possible to pick up your return.
  2. NOTE : If you have placed your order without registration, and want to make a return or exchange, enter HERE and fill the boxes with your order number and the mail with which you made the purchase.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of fifteen (15 ) working days from receipt of the package.
Item must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and intact labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received.
We do not accep changes or returns of our swimwear and accesories , except in cases where there is an error in the shipping or a tare of the product.


Returns from Spain:

The return process is free for you and WOLFLAMB assume all the costs involved. This process is always performed according to the method of pre-shipment.


WOLFLAMB shall proceed with the refund paid, once we have received the returned product and have established a good status of it.
