I don’t know my size ...
When you place your order (if you look at the detailed description of an article) you will find a size guide with different international sizes.
Do you restock articles marked "out of stock "?
If an item is out of stock, we try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we would withdraw the item from the web .
Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes , except for those products with traditional processes where there might be a slight difference in the finish.
How I can make sure I have correctly made my purchase ?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not  receive , please contact our sales department .
Can I delete an item from my order?
Yes . From the shopping cart you can remove items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its condition allows it. To do this you must contact the sales department .
What should I do if I receive a faulty item ? only sells items in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally get a garment with an imperfection, please contact our sales department .

After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued the credit card to the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
